Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals of the organization. This includes creating and presenting financial reports to management and other stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and identifying areas for improvement. 
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for the organization.
  3. Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure that financial records are accurate and meet regulatory requirements. 
  4. Treasury Management:
    Oversee and manage the organization's cash flow and financial liquidity. This includes monitoring and analyzing cash flow, managing bank relationships, and implementing cash management strategies. 
  5. Investor Relations:
    Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to shareholders and other stakeholders. This includes managing investor relations activities, such as presentations, earnings calls, and meetings with investors. 
  6. Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs):
    Administer and manage the company's ESOP program, including enrolling employees, issuing stock, and tracking stock ownership. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to ESOPs. 
  7. Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws. This includes collaborating with external auditors and tax professionals, and maintaining and updating accounting records.

  7. 法規遵循:
    確保遵守財務條例和法規。包括與外部審計師和稅務專家合作,維護和更新會計記錄。

      Requisitos

      Minimum qualifications:

      • 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role and has experience working in start-up is preferable.
      • Advanced knowledge about the ecosystem in start-ups.
      • You pay high attention to detail and accuracy and learn fast.
      • Prefer working in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced team.
      • Advanced knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS), US GAAP, bookkeeping and accounting best practices, tax laws, and related regulations. (Nice to have)
      • Having experience working in start-ups, Venture funds, building an accounting/finance team.(Nice to have)
      • Read and write fluently in English.

      • 具流暢英文讀寫能力。

        Proceso de entrevista

        1. Phone Screen: 10-20 mins call with HR
        2. 1st Interview Online Interview: one-hour online interview with department supervisor
          Assignment(if applicable)- Candidate will receive an assignment, as we expect them to finish it within 1 weeks.
        3. 2nd Interview(Peer interview): one-hour peer interview, and we would discuss candidate’s experience and background, what passionate about..etc. 
        4. 3rd Interview: one-hour interview with CEO, CTO and HR
