We're looking for passionate and self-motivated PR marketing talent (public relations, KOL/influencer marketing, event planning) to join us and grow CakeResume's brand. You will work closely with the marketing and business teams.

What Will You Be Working On？

• 提升整體品牌知名度、品牌聲量
• 規劃與執行 PR 溝通策略
• 策劃大型品牌活動媒體宣傳與公關新聞稿撰寫
• 主動建立與維持媒體關係：媒體合作提案、媒體採訪安排（媒體類型包含但不限：數位媒體、平面媒體、傳統媒體等）
• 對外品牌形象經營（記者會舉辦、管理與審核公關製作物）
• 評估外部潛在合作機會與接洽（邀請專欄作家、專案接洽、外部演講、異業合作等）
• 規劃及經營與 KOL 的合作（研究、聯繫、合作細節溝通）
• 協助操作口碑行銷企劃，增加網路討論聲量與自然搜尋量

• Build and manage brand communication strategy
• Research and brainstorm new ways/strategies for brand building
• Manage public relations, including cultivating relationships with media representatives, crafting press releases, media monitoring, and pitching
• Establish partnerships with bloggers and KOLs to grow traffic & brand awareness
• Plan PR-driven campaigns that increase brand awareness through earned media
• Execute WOM strategies to increase brand awareness

What you should have？

• 具備良好溝通與公開演說能力
• 具備良好的溝通協調能力（口語＆書寫），可清楚表達個人邏輯思路
• 目標導向且具自發性，能夠兼顧效率與品質，高度掌握時程進度並主動溝通

• Successful experience in PR marketing through both traditional and digital channels, including strategic planning, execution, media relations maintenance, performance tracking
• Successful experience in KOL/Influencer marketing, including strategic planning, execution, KOLs communication & management (5+ KOLs in total), and performance tracking
• Extensive experience in media relations, a strong network of high-level media contacts, and the confidence to proactively pitch stories across all media (TV, radio, print, digital)
• Inter-departmental communication and coordination skills are required
• Have great public speaking & presentation skills
• Great writing skills with the ability to create well-structured PR materials
• Enjoys communicating with others and loves testing out different ideas or approaches to reach a goal
