We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional from Indonesia to join our team as a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a track record of proven skills and expertise in digital ads/online ads, with a focus on growth hacking within the Indonesian market. As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, your primary role will be to develop and execute impactful performance marketing strategies that are in line with CakeResume's business objectives and effectively resonate with our target audience in the Indonesian market. This position necessitates a profound comprehension of performance marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and the capability to drive engagement, conversions, and leads through compelling marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating advertising strategies and meticulously planning budgets across all advertising channels to achieve marketing objectives for the Indonesia market.
• Execute advertising plans and strategies, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Plan and create advertising materials (images & videos) and copywriting, collaborating with visual designers and content marketing members.
• Compile all advertising data to generate performance reports, and regularly monitor and provide insightful analysis.
• Continuously propose and implement advertising optimizations based on performance metrics and research.
• Research, brainstorm, and support the execution for growth hacking in the Indonesian markets through different marketing strategies (including but not limited to content marketing, social media marketing, KOL marketing, partnership establishment, event/campaign marketing, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 or more years of advertising placement experience, with comprehensive skills in strategy formulation, budget allocation, advertising execution, optimization, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in operating and optimizing online advertisements on various advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency in using GA4 and familiarity with advertising performance tracking tools, along with strong data analysis and insights capabilities to suggest advertising optimization strategies.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with user habits on different social media platforms and a keen social awareness.
• Knowledge/experience in the HR or recruitment industry

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other data analysis tools such as LookerStudio, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.
• Basic graphic design skills for advertising materials.
• Knowledge/experience in SEO/SERP for natural traffic optimization.
