We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager based in Indonesia to spearhead our brand's local growth, lead a dynamic marketing team, and act as a pivotal link between Taiwan and our local marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a robust marketing skill set, including but not limited to SEO, ads, brand marketing, and ideally, have connections within local media networks. The primary focus will be to elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute significantly to CakeResume’s market positioning in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Indonesian market in alignment with CakeResume’s global brand objectives.
• Mentor and lead a local marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring cohesive execution of initiatives.
• Drive SEO & content strategies to optimize online presence and visibility, leveraging data-driven insights.
• Implement and manage ads campaigns, optimizing performance and making data-informed decisions.
• Oversee brand marketing activities, including social media management, KOL collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
• Plan and execute on/offline marketing events to grow brand awareness and increase community engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with local media outlets to enhance brand exposure and coverage.
• Work with talent acquisition partners to hire and build a high-performing local marketing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in growing users and business/brand awareness in the Indonesian market.
• Proficiency in SEO & content strategies, ads campaign management, event planning/execution, and brand marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse and international teams.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a track record of achieving KPIs.
• Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency in both written and oral.
• Experience in managing teams, fostering growth, and cultivating a positive working environment.
