As a Customer Success Associate at CakeResume, you will be working closely with the core CakeResume Business team to create an ecosystem where great talents can meet great companies efficiently through providing high quality customer services to help our employer customer success, and to increase our inbound sales through creative automation and marketing. 


    Responsibilities

    • Implement creative ways to build strong relationships with customers, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote CakeResume services;
    • Meet or exceed goals for account retention, satisfaction, and adaption;
    • Develop churn indicators, plan and execute rescue strategy, and revamp account care flow;
    • Reach out to/call customers within a book of business to help generate growth, and a further return on investment;
    • Identify key customers and launch attraction marketing programs for customers and job seekers to increase talent and employer engagement and enhance CakeResume’s brand awareness;
    • Work closely with the CakeResume Business team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.

    Bonus Qualifications

      • Experience in digital marketing
      • 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, strategy, operations, and startup or related experience
      • Fluent English speaking ability

      Interview process

      There are three main stages in our interview process:

      1. Video call (45 mins - 1 hour screening)
      2. Take-home exercise & review
      3. Onsite interview (1 - 2 hours visiting)
