We are looking for a smart and quick learner as our Business Development Intern to join our core business team in Taipei. The Business Development Intern is an important member of CakeResume, playing a critical role in executing outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound marketing leads. The primary objective is to market and promote CakeResume Talent Services to prospective customers, deliver qualified leads to our Business Development team and execute outbound prospecting activities for targeted customers. You will be required to be hands-on and help ensure customer adoption, retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation process through cold calls, and emails to potential customers within a book of business to help generate growth, and a further return on investment.
• Collecting and identifying leads and opportunities, nurturing potential leads, and converting skills to improve seller pipeline quality.
• Work closely with Business Development to implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote CakeResume Talent Services.

• Currently enrolling in a Bachelor’s degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than two years
