廣告投放專員 / Performance Marketing Specialist (Mid-Senior)

We're looking for passionate and self-motivated Performance / ADs Marketing talent to join us and grow CakeResume's brand. You will work closely with the marketing and business teams.
What Will You Be Working On？
- 擬定廣告投放策略，並妥善規劃所有廣告渠道預算以達成行銷目標，投放地區涵蓋台灣與海外市場
- 獨立執行廣告投放，包含但不限於 Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Dcard Ads
- 廣告素材規劃與文案撰寫，並與視覺設計師協作完成素材的製作
- 彙整所有廣告數據製作廣告成效報表，並定期監測、提出洞察分析
- 根據廣告成效持續提出並執行廣告優化
What you should have？
- 3 年以上廣告投放經驗佳，具備全方位廣告投放能力，包括策略擬定、預算分配、廣告投放操作與優化、數據洞察與分析
- 擁有實際操作 Google Ads、Facebook Ads、Instagram Ads 廣告投放與優化經驗
- 能使用 GA4 並熟悉廣告成效追蹤工具，擁有良好數據分析洞察能力，並提出廣告優化策略
- 對廣告素材的美感及成效具有極高敏銳度
- 熟悉不同社群平台使用者習慣，具有社群敏感度
- 具備良好的溝通能力，能積極與團隊協作達成目標
Bonus
- 熟悉其他數據分析工具，如 LookerStudio, Mixpanel, Hotjar 等
- 具備 Google Ads 、 Google Analytics、Facebook Blueprint 認證
- 廣告素材基礎設計製作能力
- 具備 SEO/SERP 優化自然流量的經驗與知識
