- 推動團隊創作獨特內容，強化鞏固平台的內容獨創性。
- 引導和協助更多創作者或創作單位，生產優質教學內容，增加平台的內容多樣性目標。
- 跨部門團隊間的溝通和資源整合，透過良好的溝通和協調，有效傳達和分配任務。
- 招募和統籌內容團隊成員，推進平台課程專案順利進行。
- 發揮實驗和創新精神，持續研究、改進和嘗試各種學習工具和教學方法。
Requirements
✨所需條件✨
- 擁有超過 3 年以上專案管理經驗，並且擁有超過 1 年以上的管理經驗。
- 具備成功執行大型IP專案或處理複雜業務專案的經驗。
- 擁有豐富的內容製作或協作相關經驗，能夠提供獨到的內容見解。
- 具備高度靈活性，善於領導、管理和跨部門溝通。
- 擅長於溝通和協調，清楚了解自身角色定位，並隨時支援團隊的運作。
- 具備深入的質性訪談經驗，能夠透過訪談發掘內容商品化的機會點。
- 擁有強大的壓力抗性，自信能夠適應變化快速的工作環境。

- 1st Round: HR, Phone/Online interview
