Job Description
《Job Responsibility》
1. 帶領法務團隊進行海外IP爭議處理，包含全球IP訴訟管理以及許可談判策略擬定。
2. 帶領法務並傳授海外IP爭議處理實戰經驗，尤其針對標準必要專利相關爭議以及外部律所管理，強化應對能力。
3. 協助各區域法務，處理海外的非IP訴訟及爭議
4. 針對海外專利申請以及答辯，提出專業建議並建立內部處理機制。
5. 有效管理外部律師以及費用，明顯降低外部成本
6. 整理並強化台達專利組合，進行專利佈局建議，評估並執行各種活化IP的策略，保持公司的長期競爭力。
7. 協助擬定全球對外授權策略，並與外部律所合作進行有效率的授權方案。
《Requirements》
1. 具專利相關證照(律師、專利師、代理人)
2. 具科技業in-house或海外事務所關於IP訴訟、專利無效以及專利佈局十年以上工作經驗
3. 可獨立撰寫專利說明書，熟習各國IP法規、訴訟案例及專利申請程序
4. 熟習專利分析及專利訴訟，具海外IP訴訟經驗者佳
5. 具有跨國團隊專案管理能力與經驗
