📌管理職工作內容
1.負責每日的工作運作、組員的工作安排，季度及年度的KPI設定和績效考核
2.積極協調團隊內部、公司其他職能部門和三方供應商的問題解決協助前端銷售後端支援部門間的溝通，確保溝通順暢並完善運營流程
3.熟悉業務操作流程、支援並培訓指導團隊同仁共同完成工作任務
4.每月與部門主管匯報團隊表現，工作進度，並反應團隊所遇問題和解決方案
5.以優良的寫作技巧撰寫、審查、編輯和更新團隊作業流程

【上班時間】 週一到週五，7:00-16:00/9:00-18:00，另需配合部門輪晚班: 13:00-22:00 一年約輪值三個月(另有輪班津貼)

Requirements

【必要】

➡TOEIC 700分以上（讀/寫能力佳）
➡願意承擔其他職責，例如團隊建設安排，員工面談和其他行政事務與主動自我學習和接觸實用技巧，行業相關知識，以提高自身工作能力，領導力和工作效率

【加分】

➡財務金融相關科系畢業者尤佳

➡ 1 年以上管理內部溝通相關工作經驗。具金融、金融科技相關產業經驗優先

➡努力向上和足智多謀的個人特質，具批判性思考、處理業務優先順序、時間管理和組織能力，能在壓力下安排並處理多項業務
➡具高自律性: 主動且正面積極的學習團隊合作和責任感
➡精通文口說和寫作

➡擁有自我學習和解決問題的能力
