Job Description

公司希望藉由金融科技的力量與客戶建立深度互信的合作關係，同時將正確的理財知識和觀念散播給更多的人。Engineering Lead將作為團隊的核心成員，參與到這個創新與創造的歷程。

Job Duty：

• Report to RD head. 帶領RD團隊 (包括不限於前後端、Mobile、QA、架構) 進行開發資源、時間、範圍的預估&目標實現

• 技術工具選型、產品可行性/技術風險評估

• 建立並優化Code review 體系並優化技術文件體系

• 與各團隊協作，負責系統軟硬體架構設計與迭代

• 團隊建立與成員之選育用留&團隊member 的日常指導

• 確保開發工作流程最佳化&團隊內與公司其他部門協作最佳化

Tech stack:

Python( fastAPI), React, GCP

You will have：

• 接觸價值投資的理念和實踐，親歷金融科技變革

• 加入一個開放、好學、有夢想的團隊，跟志同道合的人一起工作

Requirements

• 10年以上軟體開發經驗，熟悉Python尤佳
•從無到有大型網路產品開發經驗
• 熟悉SRE/DevOps流程

• 7年團隊管理經驗，並管理過至少20人以上的團隊。具備指導Member的能力、能協調排除工程師的歧見
• 組建中大型團隊經驗
• 跨部門溝通能力佳

• 人格特質：創業家精神、客戶導向、注重長期思維、喜歡挑戰、能獨立思考解決問題、樂於分享。擁抱變化、重視團隊合作

加分條件

• 5年以上系統架構經驗

• 有2C端產品或大型交易系統經驗者佳

•具在 AWS、Azure、GCP平台開發經驗佳。有On prem機房搭建經驗佳

Interview process

4-5關(分別與HR, peer,hiring manager, member, CEO聊)
