1. 企劃與執行馬來西亞市場電商營運與數位行銷（該職務會指派一個市場作為主要營運項目）
2. 負責電商網站營運並達成銷售目標，擬定電商網站行銷策略、流程建立、優化內容，執行並追蹤分析各項指標，並透過線上客服提供貼心服務，以提昇整體電商網站流量、轉化率與銷售
3. 與當地市場相關單位同仁合作進行產品內容與數位行銷策略規劃執行以及後續優化與成效分析
4. 觀察數位行銷市場脈動，掌握最新工具並應用於所需業務

‧ Plan eCommerce business & marketing strategy to obtain precise brand/product positioning and achieve sales targets.

‧ Monitor competition, optimize web contents & operation process, enhance online service via instant chat, and plan marketing campaigns to improve store traffic and conversion rate.

‧ Manage BenQ's official online store and manage relevant digital marketing tasks.

‧ Observe consumers’ behaviors and coordinate with other functional teams to achieve mid-to-long-term goals.

1.良好的中英文溝通協調能力，英語達母語程度尤佳（會馬來文更佳）
2.對數位行銷與電子商務充滿熱情，勇於接受挑戰，能配合海外差旅
3.具備電子商務營運、內容與與社群行銷相關經驗尤佳
4. 能使用 Canva、Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop 軟體尤佳 (非必要)
5. 對電商（Shopee、Lazada、官網電商）與 數位行銷 （SEO、GA、Ads、social marketing、email marketing...etc）有興趣者
6.熟悉3C、消費性電子等相關產品尤佳
7.碩士以上相關科系、兩年以上工作經驗

‧ Familiar with eCommerce business and at least two years of working experience in managing an online retail store

‧ Experienced in digital marketing such as SEO, Social media marketing, FB/IG Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and so on!

‧ Good at planning, communication, problem-solving, and project management.

‧ Self-motivated person with strong ownership
