Clinical Project Associate

The Clinical Project Associate will play an integral role in providing clinical support by working closely with startups, BE management team and external partners. 【Responsibilities】

• Identify the required medical resource of BE’s portfolio companies and provide follow-up support.
• Intensively collaborate with hospital partners to execute clinical consultations. Maintain relationships with KOLs and stakeholders.
• Manage and grow the medical strategic partners, including but not limited to hospitals, CROs, and consulting firms.
• Participate in proposal development and manage projects to ensure each deliverable is on time, within scope and budget.

• 確定比翼所輔導團隊需要的臨床資源，並提供後續相關協助。
• 與策略合作夥伴加強合作以進行臨床諮詢或是臨床研究，並與KOLs和利害關係人保持良好互動。
• 管理和發展醫療戰略合作夥伴，包括但不限於醫院、CRO和法規諮詢公司。
• 參與提案開發和專案管理工作，以確保專案能在預算內如期如實交付。

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical, nursing, or health-related background.
• 1-3 years’ experience in clinical related role preferred.
• Knowledge of the principles and concepts of project management and their application to the product development process.
• Proven issue tracking and problem-solving abilities in the healthcare or clinical research field.
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
• A willingness and ability to travel.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including speaking and writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
