Job Description
- Talent acquisition. Plan and execute the recruitment process.
- Employees’ benefits. Design and manage employees’ welfare programs.
- Employee communication. Disseminate & communicate the company's mission, values and objectives.
- Company events. Plan and coordinate organization engagement and culture plans.
- HR related projects. Coordinate and/or support human resources related projects or assignments.
- Organization chart. Maintain organization chart and announce its changes.
- General and administrative affairs. Maintain and manage company resources and various logistical support.
- Ad hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR related field; experience in related industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent administrative skills, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing HR related operations.
- Able to work independently with attention to details.
