Job Description

Understand the broad needs of the business, stay ahead of the dynamic and competitive industry and spot trends.
Make data-driven decisions and improve performances of conversion, repeat rates, pricing strategy etc.

Responsibilities.
- Setting platform new business plans based on customer needs, property dynamics and business goals
- Hands-on about every detail and improve conversion performance of the country and cities covered
- Identifying opportunities and building up business plans through data driven approaches. Data that you will use includes customer data, CVR and transaction data
- Coordinating and to drive all parties including product, country team, marketing team and administration team on the execution of business plan to achieve business target
- Collaborating with the country team on conversion optimization and marketing colleagues on the growth of users and campaigns
- Working together with product management team in detail to develop business-impact oriented products under priority considerations


Requirements

Qualifications
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
- Excellent cross-team communications and ability to elaborate business decision from different angles
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- Experience with the latest internet and travel trends
- 5-7 experiences in internet or travel sector
- Japanese or Korean language ability is a plus
