Business Development Manager (3-month contract)

Responsibility

1. Understand AIndLeads product
2. Sales kit making
3. GTM strategy
4. Acquire clients 
5. On-boarding clients 
6. Account support
7. User feedback collection
8. Weekly online meeting with pipeline report
9. Full-remote/ flexible work hours

Target

1. Acquire  15 clients  based in United States per month at least
2. At least 2 campaigns sent on our platform per account per week with 3-month trailing

Reward

1. Base Salary NTD 40,000 per month
2. Bonus NTD 30,000 if meeting set target (each extra client beyond target +NTD 2,500)
3. Extra NTD 100,000 bonus would be granted if we achieve fundraising target by July, 2024

Contract Period and Termination

1. 3 month contract, we are open to part timers.
2. Termination of the contract if target missed hugely at any time should be expected
