| Job Description

What It’s Like to Work Here as a Senior Engineering Lead:
1. Provide insights into product and technology
2. Develop engineering team roadmaps
3. Monitor and report on product KPIs

5.Lead engineering team to work with the UI/UX Designing team to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points, and journeys
6. Assist with the development of engineering cases and operating plans
7. Help the Head of Product define product vision and roadmap with clarity on feasibility, time, cost, and impact
8. Effectively prioritize and define product features so that engineering, and others, can collaboratively design and execute
9. Attract and retain world-class product and design teams
10. Cultivate a high-performing, one-team culture
11. Work collaboratively with others to ensure MVP OKRs/KPIs/deliverables are met
12. Hold teams accountable to make and meet commitments

| Requirements

1. BS or MS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
2. 5+ years of relevant full-time programming work experience
4. Full stack (front- and back- end) development experience：
- JavaScript (Express, Node, React, React Native, Redux), HTML, CSS experience strongly preferred
- iOS mobile app experience is a plus
- Given we are a small team today, you must be able to work across any tech stack and learn new technologies as needed
5. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming; familiarity with various design and architectural patterns
6. Ability to think critically about software builds; ability to create technical strategy
7. Experience with quick prototyping and working through ambiguities independently. We define our product specs through innovation, iteration, and improvisation from every member of our team
8. Good written and spoken communication skills
9. Must be able to work flexibly in office and remotely
10. Quick learner, team player, proactive contributor, and self-motivated
11. Passionate about creating problem-solving products
12. GitHub profile preferred in addition to a resume

| Salary Range

Compensation Levels - Monthly

Flexible working hours. Normal hours are not required. Full remote. Performance-based. Based on KPI, we will decide on discretionary bonus, full-time (with insurance) offer, and terms.
