Job Description

1. Oversee global marketing initiatives for gaming products, encompassing both product and social marketing projects.
2. Lead a team in planning global product launches and developing marketing communication materials.
3. Direct and supervise the workflow of the product marketing and social marketing projects, ensure the team can work efficiently.
4. Mentor the team to meet established KPIs and foster creativity in their work.
5. Manage and control the budget for product marketing and social marketing projects, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
6. Prepare and present reports to management, providing insights and updates on marketing initiatives and performance.

Requirements

1. Experience in product marketing, social marketing, or marketing communications in international companies. Experience with gaming hardware brands is a plus.
2. 8-10+ years of experience in marketing or related fields, preferably in gaming, PC components, or advertising agencies.
3. Strong communication skills, including cross-team communication, interaction at different organizational levels, and liaising with worldwide branch offices.
4. Highly driven and self-motivated strategic thinker, capable of operating with minimal supervision and guidance.
5. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to drive the team to achieve set goals and deliver outstanding marketing communications for product launches and social content marketing.
6. Experience working collaboratively with sales PM teams, sales teams, and PM teams for the development of product marketing strategies. This includes creating product launch materials, product websites, reviewer guides, and sales assets such as sales kits and datasheets.
7. Fluent in English and great presentation skills
8. Preferred qualifications: Experience in managing multinational staff, strong knowledge of gaming PC products, proficiency in Google Analytics and social marketing strategy.
