1. Develop strategies and tactics to study and outsource product, and create public keen awareness of the value and unmet needs for our products

2. Manage all the business development operations getting guidance from worldwide regional competency leads.

3. Deploy and execute successful business model to reach out to supplier and customers

4. Contract negotiation and execution with customer– to have any discussion on rates, contract terms & conditions. Also, to get the finalized contract signed/endorsed per legal requirements.

5. Risk management, customer overdue tracking, customer background check, competitor movement.

Requirement

1. At least 2 years of experience in business development & relative operation follow up.

2. Knowledge of international trading and regulations including customs import duty/tax guideline, and stock/aging management matter is plus.

3. Interpersonal and cross functional communication skills.

4. Confident and dynamic personality, individual contributor and a team player.
