Roles & Responsibilities

• Visual design project management
• Creating and executing company branding content for digital and print applications
• Testing the performance of brand concepts
• Leading and inspiring a team of visual designers
• Giving design direction and feedback
• Coaching visual designers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design
• 5+ years of professional visual, marketing, and branding design experience
• Fluent in English
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to research and form concepts quickly
• Editing and curation skills
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
• A solid foundation in typography, layout, and design
• Understanding of web, UI, UX, printed & digital formats
• A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
• The ability to effectively listen, take direction, give feedback, and work both collaboratively and autonomously
• The sensitivity to coach and guide other visual designers to their potential
• Loves digital photo/editing apps and greeting card/scrapbook/craft related products
• A good team player who enjoys collaboration and the process of brainstorming and critiquing with fellow designers

Plus

• Figma
• Motion design or After Effects experience
• Web design, UI / UX design experience
