About the role

As a marketing specialist, you will apply your skills to help users discover the world’s most popular photo application: PicCollage. You will help to support marketing campaigns while partnering with a growing in-house marketing team.

What you'll do:

• Support marketing campaign planning and execution
• Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
• Assist channel leads in writing copy for social media posts, promotional announcements, and other marketing placements
• Assist in the creation video and image content for marketing channels
• Assist in the set up and publishing of marketing content; email set up, publishing blog posts, resizing social posts for different channels, etc
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions

We hope you have:

• A bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms(Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• High-fluency or native-level command of the English language
• Basic photography, image and video editing, or graphic design skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment

Notes

• Regarding work permits and visas - the team is based in Taipei, Taiwan. We will sponsor work permits and visas if you'll consider relocating to Taiwan.
• The position is open to converting to a Regular role based on performance.

Interview ProcessAfter you submit your application, the next steps are one or two video interview calls (with short written questions), followed by an onsite interview. Our interview process includes interesting exercises with our team members (e.g. pair programming, design brainstorming). Through this process, we hope you can get to know what it's like to work with us, and get to know our team and culture!
