Assignment:
1. In close co-operation with cross function teams to develop marketing communications and integrate the communication execution in all marketing functions are aligned with IKEA Brand values, key message and visual identity.
2. Broad knowledge and experience of marketing communication and creative concept evaluation/judgment, including both online and offline communications.
3. Develop clear communication briefs to agencies and supervise the quality of execution that will deliver relevant, proactive and inspiring communication deliverables including commercial films, digital assets, social contents and event - the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
4. Closely coordinate with internal and external stakeholders of commercial campaign and projects to make process run smoothly to meet campaign objectives.
5. Work independently and drive actions to maximize communication synergy that improves brand preference and supports achieving sales goals.
6. Follow up and analysis the execution, results, return on investment and investment related to all external marketing communication activities to continuously enhance branding and performance communication effectiveness.
7. Control budget and costs by working in lean, simple, and cost-conscious way, and have a good sense of ROI.
8. Manage ad hoc projects
1. Minimum 4 years of experience working in Marketing and Branding communication.
2. Multitasking project planning and management capability.
3. Solid working experience with creative and media agencies, campaign briefing and processes.
4. Strong cross-functional communication skills, coordination, influential skill and problem solving capability and can work across cultures, build trusting relationships with different stakeholders
5. Commercially-driven and customer oriented
6. Passion of building the IKEA brand and creating innovative ideas
7. Active in interaction, communication and collaboration with people
8. Result-oriented, proactive, organized, deadline driven and have a strong sense of ownership
9. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
10. Experience in retail is a plus
