About the Job:

Application Specialist in IKEA Taiwan will report to IT Manager. The key responsibility of this function is to offer the excellent professional IT solution knowledge and engage with practical business operation to fulfill end users requirement. He or she will mainly focus on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other application in the organization. To manage an effective pipeline of work that effectively utilizes IT resources and drives significant business benefits. Also, to act as the communication bridge between users and service provider to ensure the agreed business requirement be converted to business solution.

About the assignment:

1.Conduct technical and business analysis, testing, planning and implementation of IT projects according to Dairy Farm IT policy to ensure effort is focused on true business value.

2.Plan, prepare, communicate clearly and cooperate closely with local and foreign team of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance.

3.Plan, prioritize and implement the change request of the application system or Master Version services pack & Hotfix and work closely with super user & related party to ensure the good delivery quality.

4.Provide technical support to the super user and liaise effectively with vendor to solve the issue when required before Project closure

5.Deliver the proper documentation for project closure and conduct the project handover & training to the Service Delivery team

6.Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in applications and related processes to help the business user to enhance the efficiency and quality of work

7.Establish and maintain good working relationship with IT & business project leader, super user, service delivery team, vendor, Dairy Farm and Inter IKEA System IT

8.Create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest two-way feedback with my colleagues.

Requirements


•Good level of communication skills in both English and Mandarin

•With the solid experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic Navision and LS Retail POS system will be the plus. Or other ERP system and retail POS system support experience

•Demonstrate the strong and confident skill in business analysis, project management and cross functional department communication

•With passion and willing to learn, development and growth
