We are currently hiring for UX Researcher professionals that will take part in:

1. Join the core team that build up First Class Live App
2. Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to raise awareness of user needs, pain points, and behaviors
3. Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research
4. Develop UX Research artifacts including proposals, moderator’s guides, and research reports

The following experiences are favored for this position:

1. 3+ years of relevant work experience within UserExperience
2. Proven experience in a variety of research methods such as interviews, surveys, card sorting, usability testing, etc.
3. Effective communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
4. Executes project work independently, managing simple programs of research with moderate supervision
5. Having ability to communicate in English
6. The personal portfolio is required

Good to Have:

1. Strong interest in Live streaming industry
2. Good product sense with data
