We are currently hiring for EN/CN Translator professional to join us:

17 Live is looking for an experienced Chinese to English, English to Chinese translator to join the Product Operations team. This person would work with a fast paced international Live Operations team and assist in the translation of technical documents, product requirement documents, schedules, memos, and other related documents as needed. This person would also be asked to take notes and provide live translation during meetings between Chinese and English speaking members of the team. Preferred location is in Taiwan, but this person can be located anywhere as long as they work Taiwan business hours.

The following experiences are favored for this position:

1. Business level fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese (traditional)
2. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
3. Experience translating written documents from Chinese to English and vice versa. (please provide a sample of a document in translated in Chinese and English)
4. Ability to communicate clearly with an international team and interact effectively with multiple departments
5. Detail orientated and able to manage a schedule and deadlines
6. Able to do live translation during meetings between Chinese and English speakers

Good to have:

1. Experience in the online or mobile industry.
2. Japanese language ability
